Are EV Chargers waterproof？

Yes. ACE EV Chargers are qualified with IP55

IP55 means:

Dustproof level 5 : completely prevents the intrusion of foreign objects, although it cannot completely prevent the intrusion of dust, the amount of dust intrusion will not affect the normal operation of electrical appliances
Waterproof level 5 : proof against low-pressure water spray for at least 3 minutes

Are your chargers suitable for home use?

All ACEchargers is designed to reach the user who charges the vehicle at his home. We can adapt to other types of profiles, but our charging stations offer a simple and intuitive use, which makes them accessible to anyone.

In addition, we have made sure to provide a careful and differentiated design. Because of this, they are not only suitable for home use chargers, but also the customer will love using them.

Do you accept small orders

Yes, we can accept 1~2 samples in the first time, while there is the MOQ for each product should be respected when come to mass order.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases, we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

What certifications do ACEchargers have?

Our products are based on 62 proprietary patents, which guarantee in-depth knowledge of the technology to offer a charging station of the highest quality and with guarantees.

You will be able to consult all our certifications before placing your order, but we guarantee that with ACEchargers you will not have any difficulties in importing the product to your reference market. We are a solvent, professional and demanding company.

What’s your warranty?

We provide 2 years warranty for AC chargers and a 1-year warranty for DC chargers. In case any abnormality occurs to the chargers, apply the following treatments as the after-sales policy, no matter in the domestic or overseas market:

1. For some simple problems, such as abnormal operations, wiring abnormalities, and network failures, we support remotely while customers do maintenance on-site.

2. For complicated problems or quality hazards, we compensate to provide spare parts/units for customers to replace the defective parts/units. The seller takes responsibility for the transportation cost to ship the spare parts/units to customer, and we choose the transportation means.
